Deposit Policy

We require a deposit in the amount of one night’s stay to hold your reservation for one to three nights’ stay. If you are staying longer than three nights, we require a 50% deposit. Management reserves the right to request a 100% deposit at the time of reservation. If you cancel or shorten your reservation less than 72 hours prior to your arrival date, you may be subject to loss of your deposit or a billing of a portion of the total stay.

 
     
 

Check In/Check Out Policy

Your check in/check out times must be arranged prior to your arrival.

Check in/check out is between the hours of 8:00 am to 7:00 pm. If you check out after 11:00 am, a day resort fee of $10.00 for the 1st guest and $7.00 for each additional guest will be added.

For courtesy of our guests, we encourage you to check in/check out during our normal business hours, however, if you need to check in/check out outside of normal business hours, if possible, we will accommodate your request for an additional $25.00 fee. 

       

Vaccinations

We require veterinary proof of vaccinations (Rabies, DHLP) for all guests. Bordetella is recommended.

For our guests safety

All guests that board at The Indigo Dog House must be social.

Unfortunately, The Indigo Dog House does not accept unneutered males or females in season.
