Deposit Policy

We require a deposit in the amount of one night’s stay to hold your reservation for one to three nights’ stay. If you are staying longer than three nights, we require a 50% deposit. Management reserves the right to request a 100% deposit at the time of reservation. The deposit is non-refundable if the reservation is cancelled within 72 hours of the arrival date.

Check In/Check Out Policy

Your check in/check out times must be arranged prior to your arrival.

For courtesy of our guests, no check in or check out allowed before 8:00 am or after 7:00 pm.

Check out after 2:00 pm will result in an additional night’s charge.

Vaccinations

We require veterinary proof of vaccinations (Rabies, DHLP) for all guests. Bordetella is recommended.
